About the role

Careerry is hiring an Online Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata, West Bengal. You will drive online sales, run marketing campaigns that grow the brand's presence and engagement, and keep strong, friendly communication with customers throughout the sale.

Part of the role is teaching: you will run training sessions that improve the team's product knowledge and sales technique, and work with the Kolkata team toward shared business goals. It suits someone who enjoys e-commerce, understands digital marketing and is as comfortable coaching as selling.

Applicants should have experience in sales and online marketing, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and ideally a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field. E-commerce or sales experience in Kolkata is a plus. Pay is ₹17,000 to ₹22,000 a month for a driven, proactive person who wants to grow an online sales career.
