About the role

Careerry is hiring a Client Service Executive in Kolkata, West Bengal to handle customer service requests for product maintenance, repair, calibration and technical support. You will be the first point of contact when a customer needs help, and the person who makes sure the request reaches the right engineer.

Requests arrive by phone, email and online enquiry. You will log each one, explain the service process and timelines, coordinate with the technical team on a resolution, and follow up until the case is closed, keeping the service records up to date along the way.

This role is built for fresh graduates who want a job near Kolkata and a start in service operations and customer support. Graduates from any field can apply; basic communication and computer skills are enough to begin. Pay is ₹16,500 to ₹21,400 a month. You will be trained on the product range and the service process before you handle requests on your own.
