Key Responsibilities for Voice Process Job in Thane

• Handle inbound & outbound international calls in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer questions, complaints, and issues with patience.
• Provide correct information and aim for first-call resolution.
• Maintain proper call logs and update customer records as required.
• Follow up on pending tickets and close them on time.
• Work closely with internal teams for escalations or complex issues.
• Meet KPIs like AHT, CSAT, and resolution rate.
