About the role

Careerry is hiring a Telesales Executive in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for a full-time hybrid role, with part of the week worked from home. You will generate leads through outbound calls and follow-ups, handle customer enquiries, and turn interested prospects into confirmed sales.

Building lasting customer relationships matters as much as closing, so you will keep accurate records of every interaction and sale, work with the Raigarh sales team on shared targets, and use proven telesales methods to meet daily and monthly KPIs.

The role is open to B.Com, B.A, BCA and BBA graduates with up to two years of experience, and freshers are welcome. You should communicate well, manage your own time and be comfortable with basic CRM tools. Pay is ₹18,700 to ₹24,500 a month plus performance incentives and on-the-job training. Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Raigarh.

Based in or willing to relocate to Raigarh
