and Operations Admin to join the Clayton Sacramento team.This full-time position reports to the TMX/HR Manager.The HR/Operations Admin will provide administrative support
for TMX (Team Member Experience) Initiatives and advance special TMX projects
as assigned using skills, knowledge, and abilities gained through experience
and education. The Admin will also be responsible for the Energy Star program.Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsibility for the Energy Star programParticipate in the COVID-19 management program which
includes testing of team members as neededAssist with annual open enrollmentVarious Admin projects to support the TMX/HR teamCoordinate Wellness programs in conjunction with the TMX
ManagerHelp convey any changes in company policy to all Team
MembersAssist the TMX Manager with Employee Assistance Program
initiativesAssist with the creation of company policies, procedures,
job descriptions, and other documentation relating to the TMX programScreen policies and practices to ensure compliance with
federal and CA state lawsServe as a key participant in the advancement of special TMX
projectsAssist with coordination of Team Member eventsAbility to lead by example, possess key traits of an IDEAL
TEAM PLAYER; Hungry, Humble, SmartSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:2+ years previous Experience in Human Resources is preferredBilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese requiredProficient Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel experience
requiredTrustworthy – capable of handling and maintaining highly
confidential informationMust be detail-oriented and organizedAble to adhere to tight deadlinesMust be able to communicate effectively and constructively
with all levels of the organizationComfortable with leading and presenting at meetingsKnowledge of all HR “acronym” components related
to employment law and regulationsMust be vaccinated or willing to become vaccinated while
working for Clayton Sacramento.Education and Qualifications:High school diplomaCollege classes or certifications in HR a plusPHR or SPHR certification a plus2+ years’ experience in a training, recruitment or human
resources role preferredEmployment experience in manufactured environment preferredStarting hourly pay range is $21-23 DOE. Candidates fluent
in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred; read/write/speak. Chosen final candidate
