About the role

Careerry is hiring a Customer Support Executive in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh to give customers fast, accurate help across phone, email and chat. You will answer enquiries professionally, find the right solution for each concern, and make sure customers leave the conversation satisfied.

When an issue needs another team, you will escalate it to the right department and follow it through. You will also keep customer records and documentation up to date and look for ways to support customers before small problems turn into complaints.

The role needs clear spoken and written communication, sound problem-solving and the ability to prioritise several tasks at once. Earlier customer service experience is a plus, not a requirement. Pay is ₹18,000 to ₹21,300 a month with health insurance and room to grow. Hours are flexible and include occasional weekends, and candidates from Eluru are encouraged to apply.
