About the role
Careerry is hiring a Back Office Operations Executive in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh for the operations and administration team. You will maintain company databases, records and reports, prepare presentations and operational summaries, and handle data entry and verification so that every record can be trusted.
A good part of the day is coordination: keeping work moving between internal teams, supporting HR and finance with documentation, and helping with billing, purchase orders and vendor management where needed. You will also manage emails, schedules and office correspondence, and handle confidential information with care.
The role is open to 12th pass candidates and graduates of any stream with up to three years in admin, data entry or back office work, and freshers with good communication and computer skills are encouraged. Pay is ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 a month based on experience, with performance incentives and training.
